A Jefferson County man was killed Wednesday evening in a single-vehicle accident south of Oskaloosa near where another man was killed earlier this week.
The Kansas Highway Patrol say 54-year-old Donald Vandyke of Perry was traveling north on U.S. 59 when his Jeep Wrangler left the roadway, went across into the west ditch, and rolled.
Vandyke was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Patrol says Vandyke was not wearing a seat belt.
The accident was reported shortly before 7:15 Wednesday evening.
42-year-old Marty Warriner of Oskaloosa was killed early Monday morning in a single-vehicle accident just a short distance from where the accident occurred Wednesday evening.
