Helen (Kramer) Kreir, Registered Nurse will be sharing her experiences with end-of-life care in Sabetha in the Apostolic Christian Retirement Village’s west dining room on Tuesday, November 16th from 1:30 to 4:30 pm. This is a free event, everyone is welcome to attend. There will be a benefit movie held at the Seneca Theatre on Sunday November 21 starting at 1:30 pm. The theatre will show “The Incredibles”. Proceeds from the movie will be donated to the Kim Schmelzle medical fund for her leukemia treatments. The Baileyville CYO will hold a breakfast on Sunday, November 21st in the Sacred Heart Church Basement in Baileyville from 8:30 am to 12 noon. They’ll have sausage, eggs, rolls, orange juice and coffee for a free will donation. The Seneca Janes will hold their fall tour of homes on Sunday, November 21ST from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. in Seneca. Tickets will be available at the Homes the Day of the Tour for $5.00 per Person. Proceeds will be donated to the Nemaha County Training Center. The 23rd Annual Christmas Wonderland Arts & Craft Fair will be held on Sunday, November 21st from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Nemaha County Community Building in Seneca. For info call 336-6726. Lunch will be available by SPPS 8th grade class. There will be no Nemaha County Commissioners meeting held on Monday, November 22nd. The commissioners will be attending the Kansas Association of Counties Conference. The next commissioners meeting will be held on Monday, November 29th. The 114th annual Seneca Fireman’s ball will be held on Saturday, November 27th from 9:00 pm to 12:00 am. Daren’s music box will be providing the entertainment. Everyone is welcome. For tickets, contact any Seneca Volunteer fireman. The American Legion in Seneca will hold bingo every Wednesday night at 7:00 pm at the American Legion Hall located at 812 Main Street in Seneca.
