Nemaha County Sheriff's report:

Arrests:

Michael S. Hall, 34 of Sabetha was arrested on 11/6/04 by the Sabetha Police department for the offenses of disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Hall was released on 11/6/04 on $500 OR bond with a court date of 11/18/04 at 5:00 pm.

Scarlett S. Houseworth, 34 of Sabetha was arrested on 11/5/04 by the Nemaha County Sheriff's Department on an Atchison County Warrant for giving a worthless check. Houseworth was released on 11/7/04 on $232 cash bond with a court date of 11/19/04 at 9:00 am

Anita M. Hoskins, 35 of Sabetha was arrested on 10/31/04 by the Sabetha Police Department for the offense of driving under the influence. Hoskins was released on 10/31/04 on $500 OR bond with a court date of 11/18/04 at 5:00 pm.

Keith A. Moore, 45 of Sabetha was arrested on 10/31/04 by the Sabetha Police Department for the offenses of possession of Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, leaving the scene of a non-injury accident, and failure to report a non-injury accident. Moore remains in custody at this time and bond has not been set.

Keith A. Heideman, 20 of Seneca was arrested on 10/27/04 by the Nemaha County sheriff's department on a Nemaha County warrant for probation violation. Heideman remains in custody on the No Bond warrant.

Ronnie J. Roberson, 42 of Kansas City, MO was arrested on 10/27/04 by the Nemaha County Sheriff's department on an Atchison County Warrant for felony theft and also on local charges of driving while revoked and no warrant with its bond of $5,000.

Greg A. Rudin, 38 of Sabetha was arrested on 10/27/04 by the Sabetha Police department on a Nemaha County Warrant for probation violation. Rudin remains in custody and bond is set at $10,000.

James R. Martin, 21 of Horton was arrested on 10/26/04 by the Nemaha County Sheriff's Department for the offenses of aggravated burglary and felony theft. Martin remains in custody and bond has not been set.

James D. Tibbetts, 31 of Sabetha was arrested on 10/25/04 by the Sabetha Police department for bond violation. Tibbetts remains in custody at this time.

Chastity J. Oller, 28 of Marysville was arrested by the Nemaha County Sheriff's department on 10/24/04 on a Shawnee County Warrant for failure to appear. Oller posted $100 cash bond and was released with a court date of 11/2/04 at 8:30 am.

Kristina R. Quinn, 19 of Salina was arrested by the Geary County sheriff's department on 10/21/04 and was transported back to Nemaha County on 10/22/04 on a Nemaha County warrant for theft and forgery. Quinn entered a plea with the court and was released on 10/25/04.

Daniel J. McCoy 53 of Sabetha was arrested on 10/18/04 by the Sabetha Police Department for the offenses of driving under the influence and child endangerment. McCoy remains in the custody of the Nemaha County Jail awaiting bond.

Ronald L. Zuniga, 63 of Onaga was arrested on 10/17/04 by the Kansas Highway Patrol for the offenses of driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane. Zuniga was released on $1,000 surety bond on 10/17/04 with a court date set for 11/23/04 at 10:00 am.

Jennifer L. Cochran, 27 of Goff was arrested on 10/15/04 by the Nemaha County sheriff's Department on a Nemaha County Warrant for giving a worthless check to the Wetmore Pool in the sum of $15. Cochran was released on $220 cash bond on 10/15/04 with a court date of 11/23/04 at 10:00 am.

Forest S. Gerstner, 27 of Sabetha was arrested on 10/3/04 by the Marshall County Sheriff's department and transported to the Nemaha County Jail on a City of Sabetha bench warrant for failure to appear. Gerstner was released on $500 OR bond on 10/4/-4 with a court date of 10/21/04 at 5:00 pm.

Cases:

Sometime between noon on 10/23/04 and 10:30 am on 10/24/04 an unknown person took two plastic pumpkins, a blow-up Homer Simpson and an extension cord from the front yard at Katherine Vore's residence in Oneida. Approximately $42 in loss.

Sometime between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm on 10/23/04 an individual entered the residence of Chris Rice in Wetmore and removed a box of CD's valued at approximately $3,000. Suspect taken into custody on 10/26/04 (see above).

Sometime between 4:15 and 5:00 pm on 10/21/04 an unknown person broke the passenger side rear window of a vehicle owned by Roxanne L. Woodside at her residence in Centralia. Unknown value of damage at this time.

Accidents:

On 10/31/04 at 1:00 am Anthony Hasenkamp, 19 of Soldier was traveling eastbound on 16th Road 3 miles east of K-63 when he swerved to miss a deer, lost control and struck a barb wire fence. He was driving a 1999 Ford 4-door. Over $500 in damage.

On 10/31/04 at 7:15 pm, Hubert C. Suther, 77 of Wetmore was westbound on K-9 1/2 mile west of US 75 when he struck a deer in the roadway. He was driving a 2000 Lincoln 4-door. Over $500 in damage.

On 10/26/04 at 1:30 am Tracy A. Feltner, 24 of Seneca was traveling northbound on J. Road when he turned westbound onto 120th Road and drove off the north side of 120th and rolled into the ditch. He was driving a 1994 Ford Explorer. Over $500 in damage.

On 10/24/04 at 11:30 am a vehicle owned by James H. Boeckman of Corning was parked at the John R. Isaacs residence. It slipped out of gear and rolled into the porch of Isaacs' house. The vehicle was a 2003 Dodge Ram pickup. Under $500 in damage.

On 10/23/04 at 9:02 am Heidi A Wareham, 30 of Whiting was traveling eastbound on 1st Road 1/2 mile east of X Road when she lost control of her vehicle and left the roadway. She was driving a 2001 dodge Durango. Over $500 in damage.

On 10/16/04 at 8:45 pm, Terrence Stallbaumer, 50 of Axtell was traveling northbound on C Road 3/4 mile north of 216th Road in Nemaha County when he struck a deer in the roadway. He was driving a 2003 Dodge 4-door. Over $500 in damage.

On 10/1/04 at 1:55 pm., Clarence Wullschleger, 76 of Axtell was eastbound on 120th Road at K-187 when he struck a vehicle driven by Jerry L. Rusche, 52 of Seneca who was southbound on K-187. Wullschleger was driving a 1988  International, and Rusche was driving a 1991 Chevrolet Kodiak. Over $500 in damage.
