Spring Creek Estates Lots Available For Purchase An exciting initiative many Seneca residents never thought would happen is about to become a reality. Residential lots surrounding the new Spring Creek Golf Course in Seneca will be available for sale beginning today. A minimum price for each lot has been established. Val and Aurea Schmitz have volunteered to coordinate the sales process. An initial 30 day offering period will be available for prospective buyers to purchase lots. A face-to-face bid process will occur after October 22nd, in the event that multiple parties express interest in the same property. The lot will be awarded to the highest bidder. Potential buyers will be told if there's more than one bid on a specific lot. At the end of the 30-day period, all successful offers will be converted to sales contracts, with possession going to the purchasers after infrastructure work has been completed, which is slated for June 2005.
