A White Cloud man has been arrested on a charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
49-year-old David Cisneros made his first appearance in Doniphan County Court this week on the felony charge.
Cisneros is accused in the lewd fondling of a child under the age of 14.
A preliminary hearing is tentatively set for next Tuesday.
Cisneros remains in the Doniphan County Jail on $100,000 bond.
