LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) A 21-year-old Falls City man has been convicted of possessing child pornography.
Attorney General Jon Bruning announced Wednesday that the man, Noah Hall, pleaded guilty to six counts of possession of child porn.
Sentencing is set for March 20 in Richardson County District Court.
Bruning says Hall downloaded sexually explicit images of children being victimized. He says the crime not only violates the law, but also perpetuates the damage done by revictimizing each child involved.
Each of the counts carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
The plea stemmed from an investigation by the Attorney General‘s Office Rural Cybercrimes Unit. Authorities found several sexually explicit images of children on Hall‘s computer
